Naked Attraction garnered more than a million viewers for its first episode and saw six guests stand naked in plastic see-through boxes with their faces hidden, leaving the other contestants - who were fully clothed - to assess the person's body before making a decision.
It is based on the observations of some scientists who say the ability to directly assess another person's naked body aides people in successfully choosing a partner.
Pictures of male and female contestant's genitals were visibly on display hundreds of times during Naked Attraction and Ofcom received dozens of complaints about the programme.
Speaking on Premier's News Hour Sam Burnett said: "The more people are talking about it the more young people are going to be going onto the Channel 4 [on demand] app and there are no real restrictions other than a tick box.
"Children are going to be looking at it and it serves a very poor message of stripping your clothes in front of people to be deciding whether you should date them or not.
"Channel 4 seem to have gone out of their way to show record amounts of gratuitous nudity in the programme and it goes against the spirit of the watershed hours.
"What I'm really concerned about is the fact that young people can access that programme any time of the day through the Channel 4 app."
Premier has contacted Channel 4 for comment.
