The Christian broadcaster and comedian joined Premier's CEO Peter Kerridge at the Love Britain + Ireland Awards 2017 inside the Institute of Directors in central London.
The top accolade of the night, the Love Britain + Ireland Award went to the Wild Goose, a free cafe for homeless people in Bristol. The event was also hosted by Premier Christian Radio presenter Dave Rose.
The Community Building gong went to P09 Pioneers, an initiative championing non-traditional expressions of church in Hampshire. The Space, a scheme support vulnerable families in a challenging area of Glasgow, scooped the Inclusion award.
Hundreds of people attended the ceremony in Pall Mall, the second annual Love Britain + Ireland Awards event. Each winner was chosen from five shortlisted entries.
Memory Worship, a programme helping people affected by dementia, was presented with the Work with Older People award, while the Ignite Trust in Wealdstone won in the Youth and Children's Work category.
The service of workers distributing recycled school uniforms via the Wirral FUSS and FUPS initiative were recognised with the Work with the Disadvantaged prize.
