Protestant, Anglican, Orthodox, Evangelical, African American and Living Peace churches at the country's National Council of Churches (NCC) have pledged their solidarity with the Jewish community.
In a statement, the NCC said: "Anti-Semitism has no place in our society. Eradicating it requires keeping constant vigil. The National Council of Churches is committed to this effort."
There have been at least 67 anti-Semitic incidents at Jewish community centres across 27 states and one Canadian province so far this year.
A Jewish cemetery in University City, Missouri, was vandalised earlier this week, while numerous Jewish organisations have received bomb threats.

NCC, which represents 45 million Christians across the US, went on to say: "The National Council of Churches denounces recent anti-Semitic incidents and condemns rhetoric that has fuelled such acts.
"As a community of 38 Christian communions in the United States, the National Council of Churches continues to pray and work for a nation in which all persons may freely worship as they wish without fear."
Meanwhile, the Catholic church in the US has also condemned the wave of anti-Semitic incidents this year, branding them "hateful actions".
Most Reverend Mitchell T. Rozanski (pictured above), Bishop of Springfield and Chairman of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' Committee on Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs said: "...I want to express our deep sympathy, solidarity, and support to our Jewish brothers and sisters who have experienced once again a surge of anti-Semitic actions in the United States.
"I wish to offer our deepest concern, as well as our unequivocal rejection of these hateful actions. The Catholic Church stands in love with the Jewish community in the current face of anti-Semitism.
"I encourage everyone to remember their neighbour, to find the opportunities to be lights of resistance, resilience, and persistence during these contentious times, especially with all our brothers and sisters of faith."
