Jonathan Alderton-Ford

Jonathan is the Minister of Christ Church Moreton Hall in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. He is an elected Member of the General Synod of the Church of England (from 1999) and has worked with government on the VAT church rebate and the OFCOM broadcasting Bill. He was elected to the Dioceses Commission in 2008. As well as being a Trustee and contributor for Premier Christian Radio, he is a member of the College of Canons of St. Edmundsbury Cathedral and produces the Bury St. Edmunds Passion Plays. Jonathan’s interests include walking, bird-watching, gardening, fencing, war-gaming, chess, paintballing, football, writing and the arts. He is married to Jane and has two daughters.
