Terms and Conditions

1.0 Definitions

  • 1.1 Event: event organised by The Promoter which are marketed and Ticketed by Premier Tickets.
  • 1.2 Event Attendee: an individual who purchases a ticket via Premier Tickets
  • 1.3 The Promoter: the organiser of the Event
  • 1.4 Premier Tickets: is the trading name of London Christian Radio Ltd (Co. Regn. No 02816074) whose registered office is situate at 22 Chapter Street, London SW1P 4NP and which provides an event registration service.
  • 1.5 Ticketed: issued.
  • 1.6 Venue: the venue where the Event will take place.

2.0 Recitals

  • 2.1 Premier Tickets is the authorised agent of the Promoter.
  • 2.2 Premier Tickets sells tickets on behalf of the Promoter that produces the Event for which the Event Attendee purchases a ticket.
  • 2.3 The contract for the sale and purchase of the ticket is between the Promoter and the Event Attendee

3.0 Your Purchase

  • 3.1 Tickets are sold online. Occasionally tickets are sold on the day of the Event at a box office situate at the Venue.
  • 3.2 Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some Events, a restriction may apply per household. Premier Tickets and the Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets without notice purchased in excess of this number.
  • 3.3 All Event Attendee's must produce on demand a valid ticket in order to gain entry to the Event. This includes Children but excludes babies carried in arms. Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • 3.4 Tickets purchased via Premier Tickets must be for your own personal use, which includes purchasing on behalf of friends or family. In no circumstances may tickets be re-sold or transferred to another person, organisation or entity whatsoever.
  • 3.5 Unlawful re-sale (or attempted unlawful re-sale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
  • 3.6 Ticket will be despatched by email immediately after booking.
  • 3.7 It is the Event Attendee's responsibility to check the tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  • 3.8 Premier Tickets will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
  • 3.9 No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets unless the loss arises due to an act or omission of Premier Tickets.
  • 3.10 The ticket remains the property of the Promoter and forms a personal licence for the Event Attendee which may be revoked or withdrawn and admission refused [for unspecified reasons] at the discretion of either the Promoter or Premier Tickets at any time and the Event Attendee shall not be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the ticket or booking fee. Reasons for refusing entry to an Event include (but are not limited to):
    3.10.1 Drunkenness, intoxication or incapability
    3.10.2 Abusive, disruptive or other antisocial behaviour
    3.10.3 Arrival after advertised start time
    3.10.4 Carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances
    3.10.5 Carrying or using video or audio recording equipment
    3.10.6 Failure to submit to a bag or clothing search prior to entry
  • 3.11 With the exception of guide dogs animals are not permitted into any Event.
  • 3.12 Event Attendees must at all times follow the instructions of stewards and other officials at the Event. Failure to do so may result in the Event Attendee being excluded from the Event.
  • 3.13 No unauthorised marketing or trading activity may take place in the vicinity of the Venue, including car park and other grounds.
  • 3.14 All tickets are sold subject to the rules and regulations of the Promoter and the Venue.
  • 3.15 Although admission to a Venue for late arrivals may be granted there are no guarantees that Event Attendees will be granted access if they arrive after the Event start time.

4.0 Cancellation, Postponement , Material Change and Refunds

  • 4.1 The Promoter may cancel, postpone or materially change the programme of an Event.
  • 4.2 If an Event is cancelled then the Event Attendee should contact Premier Tickets for information on whether they are entitled to receive a refund from the Promoter. If a refund is payable then it will be payable by the Promoter and not by Premier Tickets.
  • 4.3 Premier Tickets will take reasonable steps to facilitate this refund on behalf of the Event Attendee, however if this is not possible then the Event Attendee's recourse is against the Promoter and in no circumstances will Premier Tickets be liable to provide a refund to the Event Attendee.
  • 4.4 If an Event is postponed then the Event Attendee will usually be offered a transfer of their original ticket to the new time and or Venue. If for reasons beyond Premier Tickets' control a transfer of the ticket is not possible then the Event Attendee may be offered a refund by the Promoter for the value of the ticket purchased, however any booking fee will not be refunded.
  • 4.5 If an Event suffers a material change then the Event Attendee may be entitled to a refund from the Promoter for the value of the tickets they have purchased, however any booking fee will not be refunded. A material change will have been deemed to have occurred in the following circumstances only:
  • 4.5.1 Where the Venue is changed to a destination more than thirty miles from its original location.
  • 4.5.2 Where an Event has a scheduled line-up of only one headline performer/act and that performer/act is no longer able to appear.
  • 4.5.3 Where an Event has a scheduled line-up with more than one headline performer/act then whether there has been a material change will not depend on whether those specific performers/acts appear but on whether the Event is in keeping with the theme as advertised. [It will be the Promoter's decision (acting reasonably) as to whether there has been a material change and such decision will be final].
  • 4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised Event where alterations do not constitute a material change as in condition 3.5.
  • 4.7 It is the responsibility of the Event Attendee to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or postponed or suffers a material change. However, if an Event is cancelled, postponed or suffers a material change then Premier Tickets will take all reasonable steps to communicate this to the Event Attendee once the relevant authorisation has been received from the Promoter. Premier Tickets does not guarantee that Event Attendee's will be notified of any such cancellation, postponement or material change prior to the date of the Event. It is the Event Attendee's duty to ensure Premier Tickets has their correct and up-to-date contact details.
  • 4.8 It is the responsibility of the Event Attendee to confirm the Venue and the time and date of the Event prior to travel.
  • 4.9 Under no circumstances (other than those set out in condition 4.9) shall Premier Tickets be liable to refund any monies to the Event Attendee.
  • 4.10 The Event Attendee will have a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the Venue or Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets.
  • 4.11 To the extent permitted by law Premier Tickets excludes all liability arising from use of Premier Tickets service or attendance at an Event for the following :
    4.11.1 Special or direct loss
    4.11.2 Consequential loss
    4.11.3 Loss of profit, opportunity or goodwill
    4.11.4 Any costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodation in relation to a cancelled, postponed or materially changed Event.
  • 4.12 Neither Premier Tickets, the Promoter, nor the Venue shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.
  • 4.13 Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes the liability of Premier Tickets:-
    4.13.1 For death or personal injury resulting from Premier Tickets' negligence; or
    4.13.2 For any damage or liability incurred by the Event Attendee as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Premier Tickets.

5.0 Data Protection Notice and Privacy

  • 5.1 London Christian Radio Ltd will keep your contact details on record and will contact you for the purposes of administrating your Premier Tickets order and keeping you up to date with other Events, Premier's ministry and issues of Christian concern.
  • 5.2 The Promoter will also keep your contact details on record and will contact you for the purposes of organising the Event, informing you of future Events and keeping you up to date with their activities as an organisation.
  • 5.3 By providing Premier Tickets with your personal information you are consenting to your information being processed in accordance with this condition 5.
  • 5.4 During the Premier Tickets ordering process the Event Attendee has the opportunity to opt-out of further communications from London Christian Radio Ltd or the Event Promoter. Communications essential to your Premier Tickets order will still be conducted.
  • 5.5 During the Premier Tickets ordering process the Event Attendee has the opportunity to opt-out of having their details passed to third parties. In this case third parties do not include London Christian Radio Ltd or the Event Promoter.
  • 5.6 Please direct all Data Protection enquiries and requests to database@premier.org.uk.

6.0 Miscellaneous

  • 6.1 CCTV, video photography, still photography and audio recording will all be taking place at the Venue. Purchasing a ticket via Premier Tickets means you consent to being recorded both in audio and video and release all distribution rights and copy rights to the Event Promoter.
  • 6.2 Invalidity of parts of these Terms and Conditions will not affect or prejudice the validity of other parts
  • 6.3 The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones and patron's own food and drink may also be prohibited (it is the Event Attendee's responsibility to check with the Venue).
  • 6.4 Premier Tickets, the Promoter and the Venue accept no responsibility for personal property.
  • 6.5 The Promoter and its affiliates, successors or assigns may enforce these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (“the Act”).
  • 6.6 Save as stated in condition 6.5 these terms and conditions do not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to them under the Act.
  • 6.7 Words in the singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular.
  • 6.8 A reference to one gender includes a reference to the other gender.
  • 6.9 A reference to 'you' or 'your' is a reference to the Event Attendee and any other person engaging Premier Tickets' services whether online or otherwise.
  • 6.10 Premier Tickets reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time.
