Event Description

In Service Study Week What does it mean for Christians to give a reason for the hope that is within them in our contemporary world? How has the rise of our modern world and its transformation into postmodernity affected the defence of the faith? What are the most pressing questions that challenge our faith today - the question of suffering or the dialogue between faith and science? These are the issues we will explore, examine, analyse and discuss with the help of multimedia resources. The Revd Dr Tim Hull has a dual role at St John’s working with Extension Studies, developing multimedia teaching resources, and as a lecturer in College in Philosophy and related areas of theology.
