Powerchange Course

Event Description

The Powerchange Course has been proven to be a really great way of enabling small groups of people to regain control over their lives - living lives they're proud to own. So *Powerchange Coach Anya Sizer and I are putting on a ten session Powerchange Course in Islington at the Resource Centre in Holloway Road, which is accessible for people in London, but easy enough to get to if you live outside the Capital. Many of you will have friends or contacts who you feel might be appropriate for this course and for this reason we wanted Premier listeners to know about it. The Course has been specially designed for you if you are interested in how your mind works – enabling you to understand why you made decisions which were not helpful – and putting you back in the driving seat of your life. It will meet one Thursday evening a month and we will send you thoughts and questions to keep the process going between sessions. Take a deep breath and come along! You will be with people you will like, who will also be exploring some of these issues. You can look forward to changing the way you think - how you feel about the past - and how you will make decisions in the future that will serve you better and others too. One thing we can promise.
