A woman with terminal cancer who was deported to Ghana has died.

Ama Sumani was removed from a hospital in Cardiff in January after her visa expired.

Campaigners failed to reverse the decision.

Supporters had raised thousands of pounds to pay for vital treatment for the thirty-nine-year-old in her native country.

Archbishop of Wales Barry Morgan gave Premier this statement.
