7. BAE Saudi arms deal back in court

The Serious Fraud Office will get it's appeal against the High court heard at the House of Lords today.

The High court ruled that the SFO had acted unlawfully in terminating its investigation into alleged corruption in BAE's Saudi arms deals.

Symon Hill is from Campaign Against Arms Trade.

He tells Premier that the initial investigation was closed for the wrong reasons.
