Teachers to be given stab vests as 19th teenage victim dies

Teachers and hospital staff are being issued with stab-vests, as knife crime soars.

According to reports twenty-thousand sets of Home Office approved body-armour have been given to local authority staff.

It's thought fourteen thousand people were admitted to hospital with blade injuries last year.

The news comes as a fourteen-year old boy has died from stab wounds - after he was attacked three weeks ago in London.

David Idowu died in hospital after being attacked by a gang of youths last month.

Emma Dipper's a tutor at All Nations Missionary college.

She tells Premier we shouldn't give up on the situation.
