Prosecutors say war crimes fugitive Radovan Karadzic was working as a doctor when he was arrested.

After more than a decade on the run, he's been described as the Osama bin Laden of Europe.

He's accused of organising the mass murder of eight-thousand unarmed Muslims at Srebrenica in 1995.

Baptist Pastor Derek Simpson spent much of the war organising aid and preaching in Bosnia.

He tells Premier the arrest is a major milestone.
