A Bishop and three Church trustees from Croydon are appearing in court today. The Emmanuel Inspirational Church of God has continued to use its building in Croydon despite the council not granting a licence. The case will be heard at Bromley magistrates. Bishop Mark Nicholson tells Premier the main accusation is that they're services disturb local people.
