One of the most senior figures in the Christian charity sector is challenging Churches over their attitude to AIDS.

Chief Exec of Tearfund, Matthew Frost says not enough Christians are taking action to tackle the disease and many have an ignorant attitude.

Speaking to Premier he says they've heard terrible stories.
