Churches welcome end of 'Rain Tax'

Churches will no longer have to pay the so called Rain Tax.
Ofwat had been charging faith groups for surface water drainage, depending on the size of their building's area.
Now that's been scrapped with the passing last night of the Flood and Water Management Bill.
Martin Dales is spokesperson for the Church of England and the Don't Drain Us campaign.
