Blended Festival 2018 - National Anglican Fresh Expressions Festival

500 people gathered at Ely Cathedral on Saturday 3rd November for the 4th National Anglican Fresh Expressions Conference, gathering around campfires inside and outside of the cathedral, with the atmosphere of a festival.

Based in Ely Cathedral and surrounding buildings, ‘Blended’ had an immersive and experiential feel, as opportunities were given to explore, experience and listen to ways in which Inherited Church and New Christian Communities can partner together to grow the Kingdom of God.

Rachel Matthews went on behalf of Premier to find out more and spoke to The Bishop of Ely, Rt Revd Stephen Conway, National Advisor for Pioneer Developer Revd Ed Olsworth-Peter, Fresh Expression Enabler for Birmingham Diocese Mark Berry and Fresh Expressions Team Leader Phil Potter who all shared their thoughts.
