As part of Children's Mental Health Week, our regional reporter Rachel Matthews went to visit Krunch - a Christian based Charity in Sandwell, working with people of all faiths and none, providing mentoring support, life skills programme and personal development to children with a wide variety of needs who have been referred to them by local schools. 

Their aim is to support young people to become more self-aware and achieve their potential, overcome barriers to learning and improve their overall emotional health and well being. If you would like to find out more about Krunch, do visit their website at
