Messy Church is a different way of 'being church'. From humble beginnings in a single church in Portsmouth in 2004,there are now almost 4000 registered messy churches in more than 20 different countries.  It's estimated by the Bible Reading Fellowship, that over 500,000 people attend a Messy Church each month.Di Woolridge is a lay mission and outreach minister, in Wrockwardine Deanery in Shropshire and runs two messy churches a month, alongside a whole host of other initiatives.
