Strawberry Field

The grounds of the children's home that inspired The Beatles' famous song Strawberry Fields Forever opened its gates back in September this year in Liverpool, but was dedicated and officially opened by the Salvation army this week on Tuesday 12th of November.

The newly-built centre includes a cafe and exhibition on John Lennon's early life, but will also provide training for 18 to 25-year-olds with mild to moderate learning disabilities is a hive of activity with visitors from all of the world.

Our regional correspondent Rachel Matthews, went along for Premier Christian Radio and met up with Karen Carter Fresh expressions team member at the site  to find out more.
