For most of us, Christmas is a time of celebration and relaxing – after all the Christmas shopping panic is over, that is!
But over at the Vatican, it’s a completely different story. With advent well underway, they’re busy with one of the most intense it’s one of the busiest periods in the Catholic calendar.
Today is the Catholic feast of the Immaculate Conception, and this afternoon, Pope Francis will be marking the occasion with a visit to the Spanish Steps, where he will pray before the column of the Immaculate Conception.
