Digital Marketing Executive


To deliver engaging and effective integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Executive 

SALARY: £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

HOURS OF WORK: 9.15am - 5.15pm (35 hour week) – some flexibility required

CONTRACT TYPE: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

REPORTING TO: Digital Marketing Manager


  • With the Digital Marketing Team plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns for all Premier brands, projects and events across channels (social, search and display).
  • Develop, execute and evaluate promotional campaigns across social media platforms
  • Design landing pages for project and events and data capture forms for lead generation
  • Maintain and develop key corporate assets such as social media profiles
  • Collate and distribute a weekly statistics report for online activity
  • Ensure the digital inventory is maximised for display adverting

70% Paid Social campaign, highly desirable to have completed the Facebook Blueprint courses (certification would be good, but is not mandatory)

20% PPC campaigns

10% website management


  • Educated to a degree level ideally in Marketing and Communications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role


  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Email and Social Media Marketing
  • Web analytics
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Photo/image editing
  • Some knowledge of automating processes between platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook marketing platform and lead acquisition campaigns
  • Some knowledge of video editing – for Skills
  • High understanding of integrated marketing campaigns – execution level
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

The post holder needs to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of Digital. They will need a flexible attitude, an enquiring mind, and be prepared to learn new skills. They need to be team player and be open to new ways of cross-platform working. This exciting role will require the ability to work alongside and help harness the skills of technical, creative, editorial, advertising, design and marketing staff to help develop, monetise and drive growing traffic into new media platforms.
