Adults with disabilities in England are at risk of being forgotten in the wider reform of the social care system according to campaigners.
It comes as a a new study's found forty percent of people receiving social care are failing to get help with basic needs like eating properly, washing and dressing.
Dave Webb from the Christian disability charity Livability has told the News Hour the ongoing reforms will have drastic affect on many more:
