British parents explaining sex ed with children sooner

British parents say they're speaking with their children about sex earlier because of what they're seeing on the internet. 

Seventy percent are given the facts of life by the time they're 11. 

Karin Cooke is a church pastor and internet safety expert who told Premier why she thinks they're making the right decision.
