Hannah Smith died on Friday in Lutterworth in Leicestershire. Her dad is now calling for ask.fm to be closed down. Vivian Pattison runs the Children and Families Media Education Trust, which goes into schools. She tells Premier parents and children both have a role to play in dealing with online bullying:
