A 10-year-old boy has been released on bail after being arrested over the death of an elderly man found lying in the street with a head injury. The 79-year-old man - named locally as Victor Hepworth - was discovered in the Harehills area of Leeds yesterday evening.
The pensioner, who's reportedly a volunteer at his local church, has been described as someone who was always willing to help others.
