The Presumption of Death Act has received Royal Assent. It'll mean families of those missing for over seven years will receive more support dealing with practical affairs such as mortgages, bills and insurance. The campaign to give the same rights to families where someone is missing but not presumed dead continues. Churchgoer Peter Lawrence has been campaigning on the issue since his daughter Claudia disappeared three years ago. He told Premier's Marcus Jones on the News Hour this change brings clarity to the families of missing people.
