Christians are being encouraged to give up their phone for 24 hours on Sunday.
Christian charity Micah Challenge International wants to make us think about why phones are being made from minerals extracted from war torn countries like the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Spokesperson Amanda Jackson told Premier's News Hour she wants people to let the big companies know that their phones are being switched off:
