COVID INFORMATION (Subject to any changes to government requirements)
Before your visit, we strongly recommend that you take an NHS lateral flow test. Please only attend if the result is negative.
Moreover, the Government is recommending, where possible, the continued wearing of face coverings in crowded indoor spaces. We are operating in a Covid-safe manner and would ask attendees to remain considerate of fellow members of the congregation, and that, where appropriate, masks be worn when moving around the building. Please protect yourself and protect others. Masks may be removed for singing if you wish.
IMPORTANT: Should government advice change before 12 December, we will contact you with updated information. Please ensure that the email address/mobile phone number you enter is correct and checked regularly. NOTE: IF the Government has to implement Plan B, then it may be that COVID-19 NHS passports would to be shown before we can permit entry.
In order to reduce the number of people circulating in the building before the service, we will be letting in limited numbers once the auditorium doors are opened. Please aim to arrive no earlier than 4.45 pm and be prepared to wait. If you have any access needs, please contact us beforehand on firstname.lastname@example.org
We strongly encourage those of you who are able, to wear masks, understanding that some people are exempt.
We ask all attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test before attending. You can order tests to be delivered from HERE, or you should be able to obtain a test from your local pharmacy.
Test and trace QR codes will be available for people to register their attendance, to assist us in contacting those we need to contact, should there be an outbreak
- We will ensure the building is ventilated, as far as is possible and that hand sanitisers are available.
- Doors, including toilet doors, will be propped open (with a modesty screen where necessary).
- Please note that we regret that we have decided to cancel refreshments after the service for this year.
- There will be a retiring offering in place of the usual offering
