From the cliff edge to Christ – Julie’s story
Nearly 6 years ago, Julie was told she had cancer. The diagnosis came with what Julie describes as a ‘death sentence hanging over her head’.
One day it was all too much for Julie. She walked out onto the cliff edge near her house by the sea and contemplated ending her life.
Something made Julie reconsider and so she made her way back home. As she sat in her bedroom in that place of despair and fear, for the first time in her life Julie turned to God and asked Him to hold her. In that moment Julie was changed both spiritually and physically.
Here she describes the journey she’s been on from that lowest point of suicidal thought, to the moment in which she accepted Jesus Christ into her heart and her life was turned around.
