HOURS OF WORK: 37.5hrs per week – 8.45am – 5.15pm

REPORTING TO: Director for Premier Lifeline
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Premier is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join us as the Premier Lifeline Team Manager. This role involves supporting, supervising and developing our volunteer team who operate Premier Lifeline, our confidential Christian helpline, and its prayer support service.
As the Team Manager, your role will be vital in providing pastoral care and prayer for our volunteer team. You will offer technical support related to our telephone system and assist with the recruitment and training of new volunteers.
