- Establishing and nurturing meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Helping donors understand how their contributions to Premier can make a significant difference.
- Participating in both online and in-person cultivation events.
- Securing major gifts ranging from four to six figures.
We’re seeking someone who is ambitious, proactive, results-driven but also values teamwork. You will have 3-5 years’ experience in donor cultivation roles and exceptional communication skills.
