Charmaine Noble-McLean is an Executive Director.
Charmaine's radio career has spanned over 10 years and she has worked as a producer and presenter on a variety of shows.
She gained experience at Birmingham's BRMB & WM before heading to London complete her BA in Communication Studies and MA in Journalism, and she has also presented Anglia's Sunday Breakfast show and hosted a pilot music programme for Channel 4.
Charmaine became Programme Controller of Premier in 2001 and has seen the radio team go from strength to strength. Her newest challenge is to find ways of making 'traditional' radio relevant and available to a growing community of people who want Christian news, music and views through different mediums.
