Digital Marketing Manager

This exciting role offers the successful candidate responsibility for the full spectrum of digital marketing channels and techniques. Working within a busy marketing team and a dynamic media organisation this role will suit candidates who combine strong digital marketing skills and entrepreneurial flair; creativity coupled with being technically savvy and an eye for detail alongside the ability to see the big picture.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all digital marketing campaigns and assets to promote effectively Premier’s brands, projects and events. The DMM is also responsible for creating a centre of knowledge and expertise in the area of digital marketing.

KEY TASKS

  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic
  • Responsible for strategies to maximise lead generation
  • Develop, implement, track and optimise all digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including email, search and social
  • Design and create high converting landing pages to maximise lead generation and optimise user experience
  • Manage development of microsites for projects, campaigns and events
  • Improve design, usability and conversions from landing pages and microsites
  • Liaise with Bluetel regarding organisation website development
  • Create and manage the marketing automation programs for both email and SMS channels
  • Design email marketing templates for campaigns and fundraising
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company
  • Manage online brand campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Responsible for planning and controlling the budget for all digital marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for implementing online fundraising campaigns eg Radiothon
  • Devise and implement processes and workflows to ensure flow of data to other systems and departments
  • Line-manage the role of Digital Marketing Assistant and Digital Marketing Executive
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Support Premier live events as part of the marketing team and provide online services

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Educated to a degree level in Marketing and Communications
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing for minimum 4 years
  • Experience leading and managing search, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user journeys

LOCATION: London (SW1P)

HOURS OF WORK: Full-time: 9.15am – 5.15pm (35 hours per week)

CONTRACT: Permanent

REPORTING TO: Director of Marketing

SALARY: £35,000pa - £38,000pa (depending on skills and experience)
