Nourishment for my faith

”I became a Christian when starting university in 2012. It was not an easy decision, coming from a non-Christian background. Studies were difficult, and in 2015 we lost my little brother to leukemia at the age of 7. The ordeal though, taught me that when you hit rock bottom, you find God is your rock. I don’t know if I would cope if I didn’t have that faith. When I graduated in 2018, I went back home to Northern Ireland to work as a junior doctor. The work was tough, and it was the commute to and from the hospital that introduced me to Premier. I didn’t know there were Christian radio stations before then! It’s there like a regular encouragement, a constant source of water and nourishment for my faith.

Since then, I have been through very difficult times, including working in the hospital for the start and peak of COVID. Premier has always been there to remind me of God’s faithfulness. I’ve now moved back to England, met a partner who equally loved God, we’re engaged and have our wedding later this year. Premier has kept me going on the right track in my walk with God all these years and I am so grateful. God bless you all.”
